Oversee project design to match development pro-forma.
Engage BIM modelling to mitigate errors in the field typically undetected with 2D design & review.
Engage key trades and create a preliminary construction budget, schedule, and provide value engineering.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Hard tender, bid levelling, & contract creation.
Oversee all construction operations through to occupancy.
Regular cost & schedule reporting.
Mitigate & oversee change management when necessary.

Jeske Enterprises has provided various development and project management support roles to primary development and contracting companies over the years. In 2019, they shifted to a primary service role in the areas of Development & Construction Management. Jeske Enterprises is also actively involved in Joint Venture (JV)opportunities as both the developer and builder.
