As president of Jeske Enterprises I am dedicated to finding ways to bring a development to market that meets the varying economies of scale, yields the desired returns on investment, while maintaining a high level of quality that is sure to attract new and repeat buyers.
We are living in unprecendented times where we are experiencing a very strong demand for finished product that is challenged with a volitility in material supply, unknown and unforeseen material price escilations, labour shortages, and high inflation. During these times it is extremely important to partner with the right people at all stages of the development.
As president I bring 30 years of experience in the areas of design & engineering, real estate development, & construction management. Throughout my career I have endeavored to hone my craft to encompass the entire design, development, and construction spectrum. This holistic approach results in significant improvements to; the pro forma, development schedule, and ultimately the bottom line.
